My friend and I just got home from our 18-day Africa Safari with Hosted Africa. In my lifetime I have travelled across Canada, the Territories, Alaska, throughout the USA, Eastern/Southern/Western Caribbean, Hawaii, Panama, South Pacific, and many parts of Europe. By far our African ytip was the greatest travelled to-date. I am not one who is lost for words, yet I find myself almost speechless.

Our hosts, Dee and Ronnie Pitcher were so passionate and committed to not only their country of origin but to cultivate in all of us a love and appreciation for the beauty of their country even the raw realities, the people and the really meaning of the “circle of life”.

Our safety was never in question, our accommodations, safaris, tours, experiences were so beyond expectations. Like Ronnie said, “Each day will be better than the next”. He was so right they exceeded our wildest expectations. Not to forget the bonds, connections and friendship that were rekindled or established is truly a blessing in disguise. “We travel not to escape life, but for life not to escape us”.
