Ken and Phyllis Fanning

We have been fortunate to have had some wonderful trips, however Africa was never really on my ‘bucket list’. I was cajoled into going to a presentation a couple years ago, very much the ‘sceptic’ but was impressed enough with what I heard so decided to ‘sign up’ with a group of friends.

It turned out to be an amazing ‘trip of a life time’. Dee and Ronnie are fun to be with and terrific hosts. Everything was so well organized that all we really had to do was ‘show up’ at the appointed time (ish).

The accommodation (hotels, bush camps/tents) were first class (even the term glamping doesn’t do it justice). Local travel arrangements were seamless. The safaris were beyond expectations – saw every imagineable animal/bird (especially the Big Five – Lion, Elephant, Rhino, Water Buffalo and Leopard) up close and personal. I would highly recommend joining Dee and Ronnie for an experience you will never forget!
