Day 1 - Arrival in Entebbe and transfer to your hotel | Welcome dinner, Tuesday 8 June 2027

Upon arrival at Entebbe International Airport, you will be warmly welcomed by your professional safari guide who will brief you about your exciting Uganda safari adventure. You will then be transferred to the luxurious Lake Victoria Serena Hotel & Spa, beautifully located along the shores of Lake Victoria.

After check-in and relaxation, enjoy the peaceful atmosphere of the hotel gardens, swimming pool or lake views. In the evening a special welcome dinner will be served as you prepare for the incredible experiences ahead.

Day 2 - Transfer to Ziwa Rhino & Wildlife Ranch | Afternoon of rhino tracking, Wednesday 9 June 2027

After an early breakfast, depart Entebbe and begin your journey north towards Ziwa Rhino and Wildlife Ranch, the only place in Uganda where wild rhinos can be tracked on foot.

Arrive in time for lunch and relaxation before heading out for an exciting afternoon rhino tracking experience accompanied by experienced rangers. Walking through the bush while observing white rhinos at close range is one of Uganda’s most thrilling wildlife encounters.

After the activity, return to the lodge for dinner and an overnight stay at Ziwa Luxury Chalets surrounded by nature.

Day 3 - Transfer to Murchison | Visit the top of the Falls, Thursday 10 June 2027

After breakfast, continue your journey to Murchison Falls National Park, Uganda’s largest and oldest national park. The drive offers scenic landscapes, local villages, and beautiful countryside views.

Upon arrival in the park, proceed to visit the spectacular Top of the Falls where the mighty Nile River squeezes through a narrow gorge before exploding into a powerful waterfall. The thunderous sound and dramatic scenery create one of the most impressive natural attractions in East Africa.

Later, transfer to Pakuba Safari Lodge for dinner and overnight.

Day 4 - Morning game drive and bush breakfast | Afternoon boat ride, Friday 11 June 2027

Start the day with an early morning game drive across the northern savannah plains of Murchison Falls National Park. Expect to encounter elephants, giraffes, buffaloes, lions, hartebeests, Uganda kobs, and numerous bird species.

During the safari, enjoy a memorable bush breakfast experience set in the wilderness while surrounded by the sounds of nature.

Return to the lodge for relaxation and lunch before embarking on an afternoon boat cruise along the River Nile towards the base of Murchison Falls. Along the riverbanks, watch for hippos, crocodiles, elephants, buffaloes, and a variety of water birds including the rare shoebill stork.

Return to the lodge for dinner and another night at Pakuba Safari Lodge.

Day 5 - Transfer Kibale Forest National Park, Saturday 12 June 2027

After breakfast, depart Murchison Falls National Park and journey south-west through scenic landscapes towards Kibale National Park, famous for its rich primate diversity and tropical rainforest.

The drive offers stunning views of tea plantations, rolling hills, crater lakes, and rural communities. Arrive at Kibale Guest Cottages in the evening for check-in, dinner, and overnight.

Day 6 - Morning chimpanzee tracking | Afternoon community experience, Sunday 13 June 2027

Following an early breakfast, head to the park headquarters for a briefing before starting your unforgettable chimpanzee tracking experience in Kibale Forest. Accompanied by experienced guides and trackers, walk through the rainforest in search of habituated chimpanzee families.

Apart from chimpanzees, you may also encounter other primates including black-and-white colobus monkeys, red-tailed monkeys, and grey-cheeked mangabeys.

After lunch, enjoy an enriching community experience where you will interact with local people, learn traditional lifestyles, visit community projects, and discover the cultural heritage surrounding Kibale Forest.

Return to the lodge for dinner and another night at Kibale Guest Cottages.

Day 7 - Transfer to Queen Elizabeth National Park | Visit Katwe Salt Lake, Monday 14 June 2027

After breakfast, continue to Queen Elizabeth National Park, one of Uganda’s most scenic wildlife destinations.

Upon arrival, visit the famous Katwe Salt Lake where local communities have extracted salt for generations using traditional methods. Learn about the history of salt mining and the importance of the lake to the local economy and culture.

Later, proceed to Acacia Wilderness Lodge for relaxation, dinner, and overnight.

Day 8 - Morning game drive | Afternoon boat ride on Kazinga Channel, Tuesday 15 June 2027

Begin the day with an early morning game drive through the Kasenyi plains in search of lions, elephants, buffaloes, leopards, hyenas, antelopes, and many bird species.

Return to the lodge for lunch before enjoying an afternoon boat ride along the famous Kazinga Channel, a natural waterway connecting Lake George and Lake Edward. This boat safari offers exceptional wildlife viewing opportunities including large hippo populations, crocodiles, elephants, buffaloes, and numerous water birds along the shores.

Return to the lodge for dinner and another night at Acacia Wilderness Lodge.

Day 9 - Transfer to Ishasha | Afternoon game drive in search of the tree climbing lions, Wednesday 16 June 2027

After breakfast, travel south to the Ishasha sector of Queen Elizabeth National Park, internationally known for its rare tree-climbing lions.

Following lunch and relaxation, head out for an afternoon game drive across the remote savannah landscapes in search of these famous lions often seen resting in fig trees. The area is also home to elephants, buffaloes, topis, and many bird species.

Later, transfer to Enjojo Lodge for dinner and overnight.

Day 10 - Morning game drive in search of the tree climbing lions | Evening sundowner experience on the savannah, Thursday 17 June 2027

Enjoy another exciting morning game drive in Ishasha for additional opportunities to observe the famous tree-climbing lions and other wildlife species active during the cooler morning hours.

Spend the afternoon relaxing at the lodge before heading out for a special evening sundowner experience in the savannah wilderness. Watch the African sunset while enjoying refreshments in the heart of the bush surrounded by stunning landscapes and wildlife sounds.

Return to the lodge for dinner and another night at Enjojo Lodge.

Day 11 - Transfer to Lake Mburo National Park | Afternoon walking safari, Friday 18 June 2027

After breakfast, depart Ishasha and travel towards Lake Mburo National Park, Uganda’s smallest savannah national park yet rich in wildlife and scenic beauty.

After lunch at the lodge, enjoy an afternoon walking safari accompanied by an armed ranger guide. This unique experience allows you to explore the park on foot while observing zebras, impalas, giraffes, elands, buffaloes, and various bird species up close.

Later, check in at Kigarama Wilderness Lodge for dinner and overnight.

Day 12 - Transfer to Lake Victoria Serena Hotel & Spa, Saturday 19 June 2027

After breakfast, enjoy a relaxed drive back to Entebbe with a stop at the Equator crossing for photographs, souvenirs, and refreshments.

Continue to Lake Victoria Serena Hotel & Spa for your final evening in Uganda. Spend the rest of the day relaxing at the hotel and reflecting on the unforgettable safari experiences across Uganda.

Day 13 - Relaxation | Transfer to Entebbe International Airport, Sunday 20 June 2027

Enjoy a relaxed breakfast and free time at the hotel depending on your international flight schedule. You may relax by the pool, enjoy the spa facilities, or take in the beautiful views of Lake Victoria.

At the appropriate time, your guide will transfer you to Entebbe International Airport for your departure flight, marking the end of your unforgettable Uganda safari experience.
